It was hard to find the entrance and the staff was absolutely no help. In fact, the guy I talked to on the phone was actively working against us. Our group had walked all around the block in the rain looking for the street number or a sign for the business. Zip. So I call and describe exactly where we were and he just couldn't bring himself to give me a straight answer. It turns out we were at the right building at an entrance that is close to the business. But we still had to walk around again the got to the one door he was willing to allow us to enter. So we finally get in and after all the forms and instructions we entered the escape room. It went fine from there, so that part of the story is OK. But it's an expensive place so I expected more. Yeah, they have a map online, easy enough to use if you're not wandering around in the rain looking at your phone while avoiding the neighborhood bad guys.

My teen kids and I decided to try the Christmas room on a whim this evening, and I’m so glad we did! I mean, it’s May, so why not do a Christmas-themed activity, right? It was so much fun. This was our first time at this location, and Lou was an awesome host!

We enjoyed the experience, but found the dirty stuffed toys a bit disturbing. I’d recommend the place, but hope it’s a little cleaner. The 4 other people in the room are what really made the experience, liked that better than if we had come as a larger group.

We had fun figuring out the puzzles. Lou did a great job of realizing when we needed a wee but more time and when we needed a nudge or encouragement. We look forward to visiting again.

The room is pretty small but it was still equally fun and engaging. Went with my partner but another couple signed up for the same time slot and played the escape room with us. We worked really well together, it went by pretty fast and we escaped.

So Awesome! Our first Escape Room experience was amazing! Our family of three throughly enjoyed the challenge of the clues, the cleverness of the story, and the opportunity to bond over this unique event! Truly a great effort for family and teams.
