Felt ripped off on the hop on hop off experience. Waited over an hour to get picked up again after hopping off at the market stop. Spoilt my only day in Seattle

The driver and staff were friendly, funny, happy and pleasant. We loved the tour and the boat cruise that came with our package. 5 stars from us!

Usually I take a Sightseeing Tour in every new city I visit, and this has been the worst CityTour I ever had. There was not translation to different languages in the bus and at the top of the bus, you had to be careful that the branches of the trees do not hit you. Too expensive for the service they provide.

This companies buses are FILTHY, they don’t keep the buses separated on the route so you are ending up waiting an hour and then two of the three busses show up within 3/5 minutes of each other. Driver will sit through green lights even though there is no apparent reason for it paid $50 @ and could have gotten much better service from the public bus NEVER again. If you take this you get what you asked forwainted over an hour and they have 4 busses running and they say their whole circuit is 75 minutes, tell me ARE they spacing the busses out? My 13 yr old grandson figured out that they need a coordinator,

Only 3 buses and there is a long wait between buses. First bus was 25 minutes late and then sat for another 15. Sitting the hot sun is not fun. Spend your money elsewhere.

This tour covered a lot of things in Seattle that are a little further out and aren’t easy to access without catching buses or driving yourself. Gas Works Park and Kerry Park were two things I had on my list to see but I was actually more impressed with the Ballard Locks after visiting. Our driver Olivia was awesome! Her knowledge of Seattle history was delivered in an interesting and fun way. She even let me use one of her phone chargers as my phone was low on battery.

Olivia was knowledgeable and entertaining. Great experience. Lovely tour. Beautiful scenery. Olivia gave us a mini history lesson which was fabulous.

We used the Hop On Hop Off Bus to see the city - and what a great way to do it! There's an ongoing narrative as you travel around so you can pick up on things you may not have noticed on your own. This was also a good way to get from our hotel to the Public Market - much cheaper than Uber or a cab!

It was a fantastic tour at the locks. Lee's was our driver and took us down to the locks to see how they worked. fantastic system to get the ships in and out. we didn't see any salmon at the salmon steps into the see but it was a great to see. at the Fremont area we saw al the houseboat. i guess this is the real Seattle. Great tour and great guiding from Less. Can only recommend but remember the sun screen. Smile..

We picked this trip because it seemed like it would hit some of the non-tourist spots in Seattle and give us a feel for the city. It did not disappoint. Out tour guide was very good and seemed like she was not just reading from a script. The bus driver added some comments here and there of more of a personal nature. Very good.
