    We had an incredible time! Neither me or my husband had ever SCUBA dived, but the instructions given were super clear, and we felt totally safe and supported throughout. Danny was an amazing teacher and guide, and everyone in the shop was so friendly and helpful! We want to get certified now, and we would 100% come back to AAED. The value was also much better compared to other offerings in the area since we got to do 2 dives at different locations, each roughly 40 minutes in length.

    Jessica was great to meet me on the ferry from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. She was very friendly and provided cake and coffee upon arrival, and had stickers of sea creatures for people to take. Wetsuits and all required gear were provided. Danny (Daniel) was fantastic in explaining and training us on how to use the gear for scuba diving. I cannot swim properly and have not swam in the ocean/sea. Danny held me to ensure I was safe during the whole dive experience while keeping an eye on the other 2 non-certified divers. I felt safe and comfortable. I definitely recommend this company for swimmers and non-swimmers to experience scuba diving. We had a test dive close to the shore and two other dives (about an hour each). One at MUSA (underwater museum) to see the statues on the sea bed, and another to see the sea life. We saw many sting rays, different kinds of fish, coral, touched a sea shell and witnessed a fish attack and eat a star fish. It was an amazing experience that I will always remember.

    We had a great diving experience here. We did the Discover Scuba Dive, incl. MuSA and Manchones Reef. The team was very professional end-to-end, starting with the booking process and answering many of our questions up front. On the day itself, we felt very safe and taken care of by Pedro and Nina. Thanks a lot!

    Absolutely amazing, my husband and I tried scuba on this tour for the first time. We enjoyed practising the skills in the shallow water on the beach, Pedro our instructor was great at making us feel confident about breathing underwater. We then had a break for lunch (not included), then we got to do 2 dives. The first was at the MUSA and the second at a nearby reef. I really enjoyed getting the chance to do two dives, as I felt much more confident on the second dive and it was amazing as the reef had so many colourful fish to see. My husband wasn’t that keen to even do the trip at first, but he loved it so much he now wants to do his PADI! Highly recommend this tour!

    Your divers are really top notch! They were super helpful and patient. My husband made it to dive. He had tried back in high school, so felt pretty comfortable. Me, on the other hand………lol…….not quite ready ….yet! I had a great first experience but wasn’t ready to go down all the way and scuba dive. My instructor was understanding, patient, and didn’t make me feel bad in the least. I was able to snorkel while my husband did his dive. He saw a huge puffer fish, lion fish, sea turtle and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We will be back, after taking dive classes back home! Plan on coming back to certify with Aqua Adventures!
