Seeing the ship wreck was incredible and my family loved it. You have to take a boat from tbt pier to the semi submarine, but it’s a nice ride and they do it all very safely.

Booking was easy. Instructions came immediately after on how to complete waiver and where to sign in on my tour date. My tour date and hotel checkout date were the same, I asked the agency if they had space to store luggage, and they advised yes. Ok, perfect, I don't have to go back through town to pick my luggage up. I arrived at the check-in location and was greeted by a store associate. She told me check-in would begin in 15 minutes, I asked where I could store my luggage, and she spoke to another store worker and that lady rudely advised, "this is a store, we don't have space for luggage" I advised I was told during booking they space was available and now I am here with the luggage. They told me to take the luggage on thw sub, I emailed it again because it's one thing to give bad information, but it's another to have a business operating out of a store with poor customer service. I write in and ask if there is space for luggage on the sub. They instantly advise no. I explained what I was told, and now it's silence. I noticed that people were lining up, I went to the register and simply ask "when will someone from the tour be in for me to speak with? " ... the lady says, "She's been here the whole time. " ... now I'm irritated because how am I supposed to know who's who when a business is being run out of another business. I tell this new lady what I was I told she says we can put the luggage in the supply closet out back at this point, I don't care where it goes as long as it's safe. CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS. VALID INFORMATION MATTERS! The tour itself was decent, nothing to be super excited about it, but it is a good way to burn time, but the two ladies in the store are horrible. This could have been a spin-off sale because it's clear we are traveling. We could have patronized and purchased items from the store but not under people like them.
