We'll tell you the stories of the Houses of Parliament, from it's original building in the Norman times through to the present day. Hear stories of trials of Kings, the laying in state of Monarchs, famous speeches held and how the British political system works. We'll also explain why you can't really see Big Ben.
We'll tell you about the place of royalty. From coronations to funerals and weddings in between hear about how the church has hosted the crowning of every Monarch since 1066. We'll tell you about the famous names buried in the Abbey and the different way the church is run compared to many in Britain.
Parliament Square
We'll walk around the square and tell you about the statues around the area. From the great British wartime leader to one of the world's best known Freedom fighters and a woman who changed the Country as we know it.
Cenotaph
Hear about the building of the Cenotaph and it's role as the Central pillar of wartime remembrance in Britain.
10 Downing Street
Learn about the home of the leader of the UK and how the street gained it's name. We'll also explain why the Prime Minister isn't really the Prime Minister!
We'll talk you through the execution of a King and the story of Britain becoming a Republic.
Horse Guards Parade at Whitehall
Learn how the Parade ground has become world famous for it's celebrations of the British Monarch's birthday. You may well also have the opportunity to see the changing of the Guard and possibly meet the horse guards themselves for a great photo opportunity.
Walk through one of London's Royal Parks and meet the resident birdlife and wildlife. You'll have the chance to see one of the more exotic royal gifts ever given. We'll take the chance to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet and just be at one with the nature.
Buckingham Palace
Home to the Monarch, we'll tell you about the Palace and the stories of those who have called it home.
We'll introduce you to one of the most famous squares in London and tell you about the statues celebrating some of the most famous Britons.
Savoy Theatre
From Medieval palace to world renowned five star hotel. We'll tell you about the famous people who've stayed here, and the hotel's ever changing face.
Aldwych Area
We'll pass by Aldwych and theatreland and show you some of the theatres.
Royal Courts of Justice
We'll walk past the Courts and tell you about some of the famous trials that have taken place here.
Fleet Street
We'll walk up London's former press area and tell you about the industry. We'll also see the former house of the man who wrote the dictionary and also the church that inspired one of the most famous cakes the world has known. As we walk up Fleet Street we'll take in a lunch stop at a traditional London Pub (at your own expense) before we start the second half of the tour.
Old Bailey
See the most famous court in Britain and hear about some of the famous trials which have taken place here.
See St. Paul's Cathedral, one of London's most famous sites. We'll tell you about the celebrated Briton's buried here and the history of the cathedrals to stand on the site and how Christopher Wren raised the Cathedral from the ashes of the Great Fire of London.
Guildhall
We'll show you the heart of the City of London's political and cultural headquarters. We'll explain how the City is run differently to the rest of London, how you can become Lord Mayor of the City and then visit the art gallery on site where we'll show you one of the most important parts of Roman London and some of our favourite paintings as well.
Thames River
We will walk along the Thames Path and point out some of the buildings you'll see along the way. See the Globe Theatre, London Bridge, Livery Halls and much much more. We'll also make some photo stops for you.
We'll tell you about the Tower of London, it's history as a military building, prison and home to one of the longest continuing ceremonies in the world: The Ceremony of the Keys.
