It was really on me for not researching the experience in advance, but we were underwhelmed by the stingray/shark encounter. The enclosure made it feel super touristy at best, and at worst like we were cattle being herded to slaughter. It all seemed rushed and artificial, and the fact that there were dolphins in other enclosure made the whole thing super unethical as far as I was concerned. Again, I should have researched ahead, but in the future, if it’s not done in open water where the animals choose to be there, I will not be signing up.

We had an absolutely amazing time snorkeling and swimming with the sharks and stingrays. From pick up to drop off we could not have asked for anything, they thought of it all. I would definitely recommend and we will be back.

This was amazing!! We had such a great time. The crew was awesome and so much fun. Would definitely recommend. Make sure to bring some bread for the fishies!

The Seapro staff onboard were great from start to finish. The swim with the tropical fish and stop off for swim on the way back was an added bonus. The only thing that would have made it better was if photos could have been taken whilst swimming alongside/above the sharks.
The photographer on board was good but got grumpy because no one would buy his photographs for $250. Just advice but this sort of thing will give Seapro a bad name. Considering they were just general photographs you should have someone on board that charges reasonable prices of $30/$40, everyone would buy them instead of no one. . On a final note JC from Seapro was brilliant at sorting out all our trips.
