    4 days prior to the ticket booked date i received an email confirming everything is ok. All i had to do on the day was show up at the forbidden palace with my passport and line up correctly. Its perfect!!!!

    Definitely worth getting this as an international visitor to China! It was impossible to get Forbidden City tickets through the official website so I’m glad we used this instead. A little bit of a premium to pay but well worth it to be able to go during our trip. Passports were the only thing we scanned to get in, the TripAdvisor “ticket” isn’t what you use. We just went straight into the lines to scan them - no need to ask anyone if it transferred to your passport. Also FYI it doesn’t include a ticket to Tiananmen Square so make sure to reserve that separately.

    The agency is very reliable. Accidently, I booked the wrong date and the payment was refund without any discussions or problems. The wrong date of the booking was caused because it was unclear when the tickets of the forbidden city are approved. An improvement is to mention clear at the site when the confirmed tickets can be expected by email.
