    Nora was a fantastic guide. She’s a former chef, so she shared a lot of details about Hungarian gastronomy along with history and culture. It was a fascinating tour. I feel like I have a good understanding of the cooking and dining culture of Budapest. The food was all very good except that she offered pre-made chimney cakes from one of the underground stalls. That was disappointing since the individuals who wanted it could have gotten a freshly-made one from one of the places we passed on our walk.
