    La basilique Saint-Marc est magnifique, avec des mosaïques splendides et une ambiance unique. Malheureusement, l’organisation du tour n’était pas à la hauteur : l’horaire a été modifié au dernier moment et le point de rendez-vous était mal indiqué. Une visite à ne pas manquer, mais le service pourrait clairement être amélioré.

    I never got to enter St. Mark's Basilica. They sent me the wrong ticket 15 minutes late and then insisted that they sent the right tickets when I called customer service.

    We were very happy to be able to book the entrance to St. Mark's Basilica of Venice so easily. We booked it and paid for it on September 13, 2025 to enter easily, without queues and with the following Services included (according to the reservation we made, we read in the ticks marked as included, we confirm and pay for 17 euros each person): official entrance Basilica, Golden Shovel, Loggia Cavali Terrace, St. Mark's Museum, 24h. Digital Service, 24h. customer service, not including the shuttle service. But...!!!!! OOOOOH!!!! Capital Surprise!!!! Tickets sent on September 14th two hours before the supposed entrance to the Basilica only give access to the museum, the Lodge and the Terrace. At the same time, we see the price and it says 14 euros. With no time to manage anything else, we ran out of sight of the Basilica. The references of the reservation are as follows: - confirmation from the tour operator: VIA-73963193 - Tour operator option code: r2048146 -product code of the tour operator: 1047353 The ticket references: ID ordine: 171-6ADPGDZ - Data ordine: 13-09-2025(Europe/Roma) - External conferred number: SPARXDRHPNEK - Numero di riferimento del booking: 171-QDFG2TR We look forward to a satisfactory response to our grievance and great disillusionment of your dismal services. They would need to specify, without fraud, their offers for visits, especially when the visitor is outside their country. PD: We attach the photos of the information and the entries received, which will be able to better certify the account we have presented to them.

    Be warned, the Viator website is very deceiving. When you book to go to St Marks Basilica Official Priority Entry, the website says the Pala D'Oro and the Loggia Cavalli Terrace Official Entry are all included. But these are options that are not easily seen on the website. The tickets are also printed in Italian so we didn't realise until we got in and by that time it was too late to book the other additions. The Basicilia recommend that you book on their official website.
