If I could give 0 stars, I would. We registered over a month in advance. When we showed up with the record and email of our appointment for 8, they had incorrectly entered it in their computer for 2 hours before and did not have room to let us in. Our kids were incredibly disappointed. They could not reimburse us on site because they said they did not have the authority and we needed to contact a customer service email. We wrote them immediately. It’s been nearly 48 hours and nobody has written to us. This is expensive and they do not honor appointments. This place is a bad business. Stay away!

The maze was very good fun and well organised. The challenges were varied and quite hard - I thought some could have been made a little easier to encourage the team :-) One of the challenges was to go down a slide. I have mild vertigo and I was very scared. I didn't want to the do the challenge but my team and the host encouraged me. I did sustain a few bruises but I suppose you could say I conquered my fears but I definitely wouldn't do that again as I felt traumatised afterwards. I am over 65 years old and probably less adventurous than the average challenger.

DJ elevated our game experience ten fold. As someone who works at an escape room I can tell when a game master/host really puts their all into running their game. I also have only watched one episode of the game so I wasn’t super familiar with the show but got the concept. Luckily DJ was excellent at explaining the games and how they worked without being too hand holding. We also were joined by three unfamiliar faces but they were a treat and made the experience even more fun. We ended up with the team name “I don’t know” and did surprisingly well despite the name we gave ourselves. The decorations and decor are also top notch and immersive. Best atmosphere I’ve seen in a game room yet. I will whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone whether they are visiting from out of the country like we were or if you live in town. And if they do end up playing I will highly recommend trying to get a game the the greatest of all time DJ!
