    Absolutely fantastic tour! This was a great way to learn more about how Germany’s body politics and nightlife culture are a direct result of international politicking and war history in general. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and, not only combined such an important set of factors in the production of Berlin’s openness, but the tour provides exclusive access to venues and people you might not otherwise get the chance to engage in conversation. I went solo and absolutely loved this tour!

    This was a fascinating and well-curated tour led by Jeff, who provided engaging and insightful content about Berlin’s club scene, its historical evolution, and the unique factors that shaped it. His knowledge and presentation style made the experience both informative and entertaining. The meeting point was easy to find, though on cooler days, a warmer starting location (perhaps a bar) might be more comfortable—even if it means forgoing an outside view of Berghain. The visits to Atrium and Insomnia were a privilege, and while we couldn’t take advantage of the guest list entry at Insomnia this time, we’d love to on another occasion. Overall, this was a unique, fun, and eye-opening tour that we’d highly recommend to anyone interested in Berlin’s nightlife and its cultural significance.
