    Unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience with this tour. No one was at the dedicated pick up point on the allocated time. A driver showed up 25 minutes late and couldn't find my details on his list. We then had to wait for other passengers for a different tour with the same company. After another long wait and two more stops for additional passengers we finally left CDMX 1 hour and 40 minutes later. The first stop in Cuernavaca was rushed probably due to the delay. The itinerary said 1 hour but we were given 20 minutes. The staff did not communicate about the reasons for the delays. It was a disappointing encounter.

    It is a highly recommended agency, trusted, lots of organization, the tour was 100% to our liking and the tour guide very trained! I recommend it 100% we left very happy.
