    Sarah, Mahai and Dawn were fabulous! Exploring Phila while drinking tea with friends was such a great experience. The sing alongs were a nice touch! One suggestion-tweak the sound system a bit as it crackles when too high. Keep spreading happiness ☕️🫖❤️

    Disappointing. They made us wait 2 hours in the rain and then canceled on us. We were waiting on the corner of 6th and Market with no shelter, we had to wait inside a cafe for 2 hours.

    Tea around made us wait for 2 hours then canceled on us. It was cold and rainy and we are a group of seniors and nurses. Some of us took off work. This company is not professional at all, stay away!

    We scheduled a tea time for 2:30pm, at which time there was no bus. Another patron waiting for the same tea time contacted the tour company and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Which we all waited, in the cold with our families and friends. There must have been 20 of us waiting and after the 30 minutes, the tour operator said it would be another hour. "they couldn't find the bus" was their response. We contacted the tour operator, and they said they would refund our tickets. A full week on, they have failed to do so. Was a terrible experience and poor customer support. I do not recommend.

    This was my second Tea Around Town experience first time in New York, second experience in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia tea around town tour was 30 minutes late. Some quests received an email notification, I did not. The tour and tea staff were very good. Suggestions for additional information to be included in the tour guides narrative: Philadelphia Museum of Art: Black architect named Julian Abele played a significant role in the design and construction of the Philadelphia Nuseum of Art. He was the first Africian American to gtaduate from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Arcjitecture and worked as a senior designer for Horace Trumbauer's office. Should consider diversifying your music offerings.
