From City Hall, you can take the SEPTA bus number 33 or 48 towards the Camden Waterfront. Board the bus at the City Hall stop on Market Street. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Benjamin Franklin Bridge' stop, and you will see the entrance to the bridge just a short walk away.

Take the Market-Frankford Line (blue line) from 69th Street Terminal heading towards Frankford. Get off at the 5th Street/Independence Hall station. From the station, walk east on Market Street until you reach the riverfront. Turn left and follow the riverwalk towards the bridge. It should take about 20-25 minutes of walking from the subway station to reach the bridge.
