    Knowledgeable tour guide. Went to place we did not know about. I would recommend this tour to anyone that wants to know about the civil war from the confederacy side.

    Steve is amazing! His brain must be at max capacity! He is just as fascinating as all the history he shared with us. This is his business, he does everything. You book with him, you communicate with him and he is your guide. There were 3 of us, my mother in law, my 10 year old son and I. 3 generations and we all had the best time. We learned about things the history books left out. This is a must do day. Steve reached out to me shortly after booking the tour. He was easily accessible when I had question prior to our trip. He spent time giving us suggestions on what else to do (this is an educational trip for my son) and after our tour he gave us restaurant recommendations. This man is amazing! We were nervous about being tired from our long travel day so we scheduled a 1-5pm tour. I’d recommend starting at 11 at the latest during this time of the year. It was already dark by 4pm so we missed out on a couple things (our choice) so Steve took us to Dolly Partons house. It was all lit up for the holidays so it was the perfect way to end our day, My mother in law was very happy. I highly recommend booking this private tour.

    Pickup

    I will pick you up at your hotel or AirBNB or a pre-determined agreed upon location and return you when the tour is done. My Toyota Highlander seats 4 passengers comfortably but can accommodate 6 with the backseat, although it is a little tight and harder to get into, but it's perfect for smaller adults or kids. If more than 6 are desired, we can rent a van for up to 12 or 15 at an extra cost. Typically they run $500-$600. Reach out if that's an interest.
