    It has been for the secont time I visited Marrakesh. After visiting museums, palaces, gardens and other attractions I decided on some special event – The Moroccan cooking workshop taking place in Medina Mall Shopping Centre. The coordinators Fatima and Immam were since the beginning very kind and professional. They took us strolling along the all shopping centre which is small, but very nice with pleasant atmosphere. We visited most of the shops and had a possibility to have a chat with local sellers. Then we spent a great time learning the art of Moroccan style cooking: preparing traditional tea, cooking Tajine and Moroccan salat. Madam Rachida – the head chef of the restaurant was very welcoming, highly skillfull and kind. I was also glad to talk to Salah – waiter, very friendly guy and met people from different countries. The atmosphere there was very family and amazing. I can appreciate we cooked really a delicious food for the fact we did it for the first time. In the end we have even received a certificate of participating in the workshop and recipes we prepared. I haven´t received the pictures from the workshop yet, but hope they will come soon. I highly recommend booking this workshop, it is really memorable experience.

    I was with my daughter. Mina and chef Rachida have made our experience unforgettable. The tagine was delicious and also the explanation about preparing tea was very nice. Finally, a nice dessert and a certificate. Highly recommended!

    Aangename kennismaking met de Marrokaanse keuken en theeceremonie. Lekker eten zoals aangegeven in het programma. Vakkundige en behulpzame chef Rachida.

    Mozaik Cafe inside the mall is great. The famous Moroccan hospitality to customers is wonderful, especially from a young girl (Raja). Her professional performance in meeting customers is excellent. I recommend the coffee with ice cream (avogadu).
