The views and seeing the architecture up close was amazing. The tour guide (did not get her name) was pleasant & injected humor into the experience. I appreciate that her partner held a ceramic mug for me that I had just purchased since I was not aware of that restriction. I did it on a Saturday and it became so crowded with people on the walkways that I lost the tour guide. Lots of “dead spots” where audio is lost inside stairways etc. I can’t imagine being there when it is even more crowded. Followed the crowd to find my way down and to exit. Fortunately able to easily locate her partner to get my mug back. I am glad I experienced the roof top but, missed most of the history that was discussed.

Very disappointed with this tour. Was so looking forward to going to the rooftop of the Duomo. Difficulty finding the meeting place. Guide gave us audio headsets and took us to lift. After that we were left to our own devices. Would never consider this a tour. Really appalling tour, so disappointed with Viator & wander in Italy tour organisers.
