Good & organised tour. Pick up time was good and the coach was nice and clean. The tour took you to all the places you’d like to see and you got to spend enough time everywhere. Would recommend.

Wow! such a fantastic trip. Full day of volcanoes, first timanfaya national park, the coach goes around the volcanoes and through the lava field. Spectacular views, demonstration of how hot it is under the ground near the restaurant. Visit to the green cave, loved walking around the lava tunnel with our tour guide. The last stop at jameos del agua with the sea pool where tiny albino crabs live was lovely. Great day out was picked up from hotel and dropped off too. Tour guide roland was brilliant loads of information about lanzarotes history and the places we visited. Really recommend this tour if you want a great day and want to see a bit more of the island.

Booked Grand Tour with Excursions Lanzarote (Travelon World) for today, 9th March. This date was on the confirmation booking and e-ticket. Was at the pickup point 1/2 hour early, but the coach never arrived. Got in touch with the Tour operator (First Minute) who informed us that Excursions Lanzarote had booked 9th May. Tried to call Travelon World (website says 7 days a week - actually only Monday to Friday). Tried the chat (painfully slow). Absolute rubbish customer service. Book with them at your peril.

Great way to see the 'hot spots' across the island! Took the opportunity to sit back and relax and enjoy the view. Roland provided ample information about the history of the island and the areas we visited. Buffet food was an extra 12 euro, but good choices were available and tasty enough as buffets go. I was a little disappointed in the wine tasting element of the tour as it was little more than a mouthful and no discussion on what it was or where it was from. All in all, it was a good way to see the island and well done to our driver who took us around some very hairy bends!

The timings at each stop were perfect, we didn’t feel rushed and we also didn’t feel like it could have been cut shorter.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he managed different languages well and planned this into the tour
The commentary on the bus was informative and our driver was very skilled.
We decided to pay for lunch at the stop and it was things like pasta, salad and potatoes. For the money, it was good food and buffet style.
The only small issue we had was that when we booked the tour, we were given a pick up time and location that wasn’t right. Always check with the company. Luckily we did as we read a similar issue in another review.
