This was a custom-made transfer cause our hotel was a bit out of the way. The Viator rep was so nice to set this up for us. We received an email and a call days prior, from the transportation company to confirm prior to our trip. Our driver Raul texted me as soon as he got to the airport. He was promptly waiting at the airport with a sign. He spoke Spanish and some English. He was very nice and accommodating. We rode in a clean, airconditoned mini van. (Cold water could have been perfect cause it was humid). It was a seamless, worry- free transfer. Viator is always reliable, as always. Thank you!
