    I wasn't happy with the tours offered by the ship so I chose this. It was an excellent tour led by a man that grew up in Hawaii with a Samoan mother that eventually relocated to Samoa. He can compare and contrast life between the two and obviously loves Samoa.

    Our tour leader was alwa ys responsive and clear about how the tour the tour proceeded..he did exactly what he said we were going to do and everything was on time, while being respectful and polite unique experience swimming in the lava tube..not to be missed thanks Shaun it was a memorable day

    Our day out with Shawn and Netty was awesome! They met us on the wharf as we got off our ship, all the communication before that was very helpful. They then took us on an informative and fun tour of 3 spectacular scenic spots. The Piula cave pool was refreshing and sparkling clear! The fish are all friendly too. A stop to take in the views on our way to To Sua trench, which is an incredible lava tube swimming hole and can get quite busy. But we were there before the crowds. Then onto Lalomanu beach for lunch and a swim. We continued around the island before heading back into Apia, where we were very gracious for the fresh coconut drink! A great day out for us and our friends with great hosts!

    Die Tour war hervorragend. Wir haben in kürzester Zeit viel von der Insel erlebt, sogar beide Seiten der Insel, was andere Anbieter meist nicht machen. Wir hatten trotzdem überall ausreichend Zeit und konnten auch baden. Shawn und Netty sind sehr nett und haben noch Sehenswürdigkeiten dazu genommen, die nicht im Programm waren. Shawn hat uns sogar zu einem Souvenirladen gefahren, nach dem die Tour vorbei war und noch in den Supermarkt. Die beiden machen das wirklich mit Leidenschaft und kümmern sich sehr um ihre Gäste! Wir haben auch direkt nach der Tour ein Gruppenfoto zugeschickt bekommen. Ich komme definitiv wieder und würde jederzeit wieder eine Tour mit den beiden buchen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Tag!

    To Sua Ocean Trench

    To Sua Ocean Trench

    To-Sua literally means 'giant swimming hole', 30 metres deep and accessible via a long ladder where a long platform sits for easy access in the pool. Inside is a cave that leads to the open sea and is recommended for skilled divers. It is surrounded by beautiful native gardens and a spectacular view ideal for weddings, photoshoots and more. Overlooking the ocean is a small beach known as Fagaoneone meaning white sand, while opposite you can find a lava field with blowholes, mini pools and good fishing spots. If you're visiting during mid-September to November you may even be lucky enough to see a few whales coasting by. This is an absolute must-see place to visit while on holiday in Samoa.

    Lalomanu Beach

    Lined with beach fales and magnificent views of the smaller outer islands, Lalomanu Beach is located on the south coast of Upolu. It was voted by Lonely Planet as one of the top 10 Beach Destinations of the World. You can have a swim and a cold drink or something to eat when we stop here at a great beach bar restaurant.
