Canal Beagle

We begin the navigation leaving from the Tourist Pier of our city, in the direction of the Beagle Channel, enjoying as we move away, the panoramic view of the Ushuaia coast, spotting the most important buildings, the Maritime Museum (former prison), the Museum of Fin del Mundo, the industrial area, and the Olivia and Cinco Hermanos mountains. We go to the Bridges Islands where we make our stop and descent. It is important to note that the walk that is done during this visit It is not difficult at all and is within everyone's reach.

We go to the Bridges Islands where we make our stop and descent. It is important to note that the walk that is done during this visit It is not difficult at all and is within everyone's reach. In addition to having the experience of walking on a small island in the middle of the Beagle Channel, the objective is to appreciate the following three fundamental attractions: Yámanas Conchero: archaeological remains of the original inhabitants of the Beagle Channel. A few meters from the dock there are deposits from the settlements of the Yámanas or Yaganes, we are going to enter one of them and, based on the guide's explanations, we will imagine how they lived. In addition, a cut in the shell wall will allow us to better understand and observe the stratification of the discarded mussel shells. Faro Les Eclaireurs

We continue to Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, in the archipelago of the same name, where the Monte Cervantes shipwrecked in 1930. The return will be through the Paso Chico, seeing the Túnel and Fique ranches, we return to Ushuaia, with a view of the imposing frame that Monte Martial and the glacier of the same name give the city.
