    We travel a lot and appreciate guides and tours; we are not at all “those people” who complain about everything. However, this company is wholly unprofessional. We recognized that Malta would be observing the New Year’s Day holiday, so some companies would not be able to accommodate. In fact, months earlier we had a foodie tour canceled, so we were extra cautious with booking a replacement. But this company confirmed months before the tour date. I then confirmed with them AGAIN a week before the tour to make sure there would be no surprise problems, as we would be stopping in Valletta on a one-day-only cruise stop. Again, they confirmed. Then, not even 48 hours before the tour, they canceled with no reason, citing “no availability.” Really?? You just suddenly realized you weren’t available, after I confirmed with you twice, and after it’s too late for me to book a replacement or find a Plan B? We were stuck traversing Valletta on our own as the ship’s excursions were all taken. Do not risk your precious time in this special location with this company. Go elsewhere!
