Consistent with our other tour with My Quest Concierge, our guide was extremely punctual and waiting for us in a clean and comfortable car. Irving was very passionate about Tulum and patient with our questions. We never felt rushed, nor did we feel we were at any location for too long. My wife and young children were particularly nervous about swimming with the turtles, but Irving arranged for us to have our own guide in the water with us, who carried a life ring for our two-year-old. As the turtles come up to the surface, even those not using snorkels/masks were able to enjoy the turtles.
The tour states that we could have an optional brunch/drinks stop before heading home, which we weren’t offered - but this may have been due to the guide sensing that the kids were very much ready to get back to the hotel for lunch and a sleep!

I had My Quest Concierge put together a custom Tulum package for my wife and I. Hereberito came to pick us up and was promptly on time. The vehicle we toured in was clean and and comfortable... etc. Let's just talk about Heriberto because he made the tour. He clearly loves what he does and is passionate. His knowledge of the Mayan culture and history is awesome. Aside from that, he was just a great guy with a great vibe to be around. Thank you!!

Pickup is available from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum & any place in the Riviera Maya. Pickups at Playa Mujeres or Costa Mujeres have an additional charge of 50USD fee total that will be paid the day of the tour (time of the tour will be longer due to the commute). We pick you up at the lobby of your hotel or Airbnb. Suggested pickup time is 7.00 am but we are happy to accommodate the schedule to your wishes.
