    <p>I availed vivaldi park shuttle bus package and it was a great and fun experience, our tour guide is very accomodating, he never leave us alone, he is very eager to teach us how to ski properly. The company is also good and open for feedback and suggestions to better provide great service to their customers even there was misunderstanding with the voucher that I availed.     <p>Highly recommend!!! Our tour guide jerry is a korean who speaks good english. He's a highly knowledgeable tour guide and made every moment fun. He taught us patiently on how to ski till we can ski on our own. He encouraged my mum who is afraid to ski and didnt give up on her. Really appreciate that♡</p>
