It's important to note that WaterFire is a rain or shine event. Regardless of the weather, if the fires are lit, our boat rides will run. Unfortunately, refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling due to inclement weather are not permitted. Also, feel free to bring your own beverages (BYOB) to enhance your experience on board. Each boat has a maximum capacity of 18 passengers, ensuring an intimate and comfortable setting for everyone. Remember to meet us at our docks located in the basin of Waterplace Park, near the Capital Grille Restaurants outdoor patio.
