    We had a morning canyoning trip on the River Lima . The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Lorenzo and his team make everything fun but make sure that you feel included and safe. This activity is very strenuous and neither I nor my two teenage boys had done it before. Although it is scary at first (watch the promotional video) with the water being cold and the terrain extremely steep and rocky, you get all the safety equipment, including wetsuits helmets and lifejackets. Lorenzo the guide speaks good English. He guided us through rock pools, over small waterfalls, rapids etc and the highlight was a series of jumps (the highest of which was 8m!) from the riverbank into the deeper pools. Although the jumps are optional (this is made very clear and there is no shame in sitting them out), I felt had no choice but to follow after my two sons, who found the whole experience utterly thrilling! The guide meanwhile is taking numerous photographs and videos which he transfers over to your phone for free - so you have plenty of memories of your activity. In the afternoon we took a rather more leisurely kayaking trip down the river Serchio- a bit less scary but very beautiful, especially kayaking under the Devils bridge at the end. The support staff were there at every moment and took care of the minibuses and equipment very comprehensively. The price of the whole day activity was extremely good value for money and as long as you have sense for adventure, I would highly recommend this company and these activities. A memorable day well spent!

    It was a great experience!! Beautiful, exciting, comfortable and warm with the wetsuit, amazing and funny guide. Worth it!

    We had an amazing afternoon of wildcanyoning. Beautiful views, jumps, slides, the works. Very friendly and enthusiastic guides Lorenzo and Massimo. O, and professional too! According to my 14yr old son the best day of the holiday!

    Great experience. Isaie was a perfect Guide, cheerful and light-hearted but always superprofessional. The route is wonderful, a beautiful gorge, crystal clear water, jumps, climbing, diving up to 8 meters! We were with our daughters aged 13 and 16, we were in the water more than 3 hours but we would never come away. Even for those who are not taking holidays in Garfagnana, this experience alone is worth the trip from Florence.

    Had a great afternoon while wild canyoning. Received good guidance, good material, fun and exciting jumps of up to 8 meters high, the tour lasted 2.5 hours and that was perfect. In short, a very successful afternoon! We will definitely come back!
