a wonderful experience. We celebrated our 18th anniversary, the attention was excellent from the moment we entered. the delicious food. and the view was wonderful

Experience is was nice, but not worth the price at all. They had us eating mid pizza and salad in the dark. We couldn’t even see the food in front of us. For $300 the menu and food could have been way better. Because that’s basically all we paid for!!

I took so long to write this review becuse i was GOBSMACKED. This is nothing like the movies! Wheres the singing and dancing i am extremely dissapointed. Chicago is my favourite musical and i feel the following: heartbroken, betrayed, lied too and taken advantage of. I cant belive this

It was so worth it to book dinner at the Skydeck. We were 1 of 3 couples that evening. We had the entire floor to ourselves to enjoy the views. Dinner from Giordano's was delish.

We did the lunch on the Skydeck on the 99th floor last month. The views were phenomenal, and it was great to be one of just a few people to be able to eat lunch and walk around that floor. The biggest issue was the A/C was clearly not functioning (or not turned on) that day. It was very stuffy and had to be at least in the low 80s on that floor. Both our party and the other guests found ourselves leaving the great views on the private 99th floor early to get some relief temperature-wise on the crowded 103rd floor. It was nice that the package included VIP access to the Ledge photos. The pizza and salad were both served room temperature, and there was no dressing for the salad (one of three courses). As the title says, overall I would say the experience was OK but it should have and could have been so much better!

It’s been almost two decades since we came to visit the sky deck. They have added four glass decks that you can stand in and take pictures. Be aware that the glass decks are part of your admission to the tower, but you can pay to not wait on line. Prepare for a line to get up to the sky deck and a line at the top for pictures.

It was a really good time and romantic. My wife was really impressed. I really liked that the table is right to the edge of the wall out window ledge. I was not impressed by the building greeters when u first enter the building. They told us to wait outside until exactly 10:30. Then we still had to wait in the lobby for the waitress to come down and get us and another couple that was there for the same dinner. The food was not very good. I didnt realize that u have to set the pizza toppings when u pay for the reservation. I tried to call and email the skydeck before the dinner but they were unresponsive. So they just served salad and cheese deep dish pizza. Only Pepsi product dinks, which I don't like either. Overall it was really nice and the waiter was great. Even with the ok food it was impressive to my wife.

The wait wasn’t bad. The price is now $25/PP not $22. Thursday night at 5 pm and we didn’t have a long wait to ride the elevator to the 103 floor and was fun to watch the height comparison to other buildings in the world on the ride up. It was crowded at the top; nice gift shop but the wait for our 90 seconds on “the ledge” was horrendous so we didn’t do it. It was a sunny, clear day and the view was spectacular from each side.

Bought tickets ahead of time...miserable 1.5+ hr wait. Then when we FINALLY got up there, yes we saw 103 stories down, but we decided not to go the the other hour long line to go to the "ledge" view, which was our whole reason for going, because our children we crying and everyone was DONE. So after being up there for 5 minutes we headed for the exit line. The exit elevators were the same as the entrance elevators. So once again, another long wait just to leave. Took 30+ min to leave. HORRIBLE experience. NOT worth the money. Just take the kids to Shedd Aquarium. Much better there...

It is higher than 360 Chicago but i like the views from the Hancock better. This desk is 353 feet higher. It is slightly more expensive than 360 Chicago.
