    Great tour! Tour guide very friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the whole experience a lot. Castle and surroundings are truly beautiful and unique. A must do while in Germany.

    The castle was beautiful but there was too long a gap between the time that we were dropped off in the town & the time of the tour. There isn't much to do in the town so it was far too long to wait around for the tour which itself was extremely brief! Our tour operators have a better schedule, offering a tour of 2 castles during the same duration for similar/same price.

    Guide inside the Bus was excellent. The castle was definitely one of the most beautiful castles we have seen in Europe. A must-see!

    The Tour Guide , Maria, was so lovely. She had fabulous history to share along the journey, and did so with a fabulous sense of humor. The itinerary was well explained. There was a choice of private time or being included in group activity. It was a fabulous day with pristine transport. Neuschwanstein Castle was so beautiful. Thankyou for the experience
