We did the 'advanced canyoning', rafting and 'River trekking' in the epirus region. All 3 days were excellent! The guides for each activity were really well prepared, very professional, and so friendly. Mike and Sakis (the famous brothers!) Who took us canyoning were fabulous- giving extra support when some of us needed it, or adding in more challenging elements and adventure when we could.
For the river trek, our guides were Spyrudoula and George, again both outstanding; taking us through the incredibly beautiful vikos gorge, helping us traverse rivers we couldn't have imagined we'd be able to, and helping us enjoy a truly wild and wonderful landscape. Topped off with some great photos and tasty food - these guys really really know their stuff!

Everyone has to do this if they're in the area! Our guide was so professional and pointed out all the animal life, caves, and nature along the way. The water is so fresh you can drink directly from the river! It was so much fun for our group and made our wedding trip even more memorable. Can't wait for the pics!

We spent a lovely morning on the Voldomatis River with Michael. We were blessed with beautiful weather and great company and it was the highlight of our visit to the Zagori. Michael was very informative and good fun and he made the experience so enjoyable and safe. Trekking Hellas are very professional and organized and I would highly recommend the rafting to anyone visiting the area.

What to expect
Our appointment for the rafting descent is given in our rafting base in Klidonia, where we will provide all the necessary safety equipment. When ready, our mini bus will transfer you to the starting location, the bridge of Aristi-Papigo. During the transfer, we will have impressive views of Mt. Tymphi, Astraka towers and Papigo villages.
A safety briefing will follow, some river practice and off we go!
During the descent, we will stop for an optional refreshing dive in Voidomati’s crystal clear waters and visit the deserted 16th-century Agioi Anargyroi monastery. On the final stage of the trip, we paddle under Klidonia’s stone bridge artificial waterfalls. The descent finishes shortly after Klidonia’s bridge just outside our rafting base.
One thing is certain; by the time you reach the end, you’ll wish you could start all over again!
