I got an email saying it was Cancelled the day before. Which I could have booked something days ago.

We loved up high double decker.great views from atop. Disappointed that a live commentator was only 1/2 way through. Definitely longer waits for pick ups sometimes up to an hour to wait.

The bus ride gave us a great overview of Boston in a short period of time. We were not impressed with the pre-recorded narrative however. An in-person host would have added to the experience.

We had to wait about 45 minutes for the bus at the bus stop initially and the one time we got off to see the sites it took a long time until the next bus. The initial bus we were on did not have a commentator as expected, only a recording. The 2nd bus had a guy who was commentator and he was good and informative. My favorite part was the open top bus where you could really see the city of Boston and all its beautiful and interesting buildings and diverse architectural design throughout the downtown area.

everything went smoothly without any problems... staff was friendly and entertaining.. Nothing else needs to be said!

loved seeing the old architecture - would have liked to hear more about the history instead of just the design of the buildings
