We really appreciated the atmosphere created by our guide David. He was very open tor conversation and told us about legends, architecture, agruculture, and fun facts about the cities we visited. The tour was structured perfectly with just the right amount of time spent in each city. They were exceptionally beautifull. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour!

We booked this trip as it was the only one left on the day and we weren’t disappointed. We had a small group of 8, our guide Thomas was excellent and full of knowledge. He was able to answer all our questions and wanted to learn words in other’s language. All the villages we visited were stunning and we were given sufficient time given it was only an 6 hour tour. Our whole group had the best time. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, Van needed repairs. I did not see a notification-and we took train to Avignon, spend the morning doing tourist things on foot, looking forward to our afternoon adventure. It wasn’t until I wrote the company about an expected arrival time, I saw the message that asked if we could postpone and move tour to another day (which we could not have done). Disappointed of course. Wonder if company might try reaching people multiple ways to insure communication.

Comfortable small group (3 couples) drive with informative and very friendly English speaking guide (Thierry). Followed Itinerary plus several side stops at historic photogenic sites. I recommend wholeheartedly.

Terry was amazing very understanding very knowledgeable and definitely went above and beyond expectations so far the best tour guide we have had in our two week tour of France. We have book several tours in several cities and this tour takes the cake by far. Terry took us to some of the most stunning locations, views and shared restaurant recommendations which were on point :) we are glad we met him.

Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable guide and a comfortable vehicle. Everything ran on time but there was a little flexibility as a group so we could spend a little more time in one place and a little less in another. I highly recommend the tour and thank Fred for being a fabulous guide :)

I booked a half day tour, in English, of Luberon hilltop villages a week in advance with Provence Panorama through TripAdvisor. (The cancellation policy through TripAdvisor was much more liberal than through Provence Panorama directly.) The next day, I received an email notice through TripAdvisor that the tour would not take place as scheduled & that the lavender was no longer in bloom, but asking if I was available at another time if I was interested without the lavender. I proposed several dates, & we eventually agreed on a mutually convenient time. When the day arrived, they emailed to say that the driver was running 1 hour late & apologizing. But, this story has a happy ending...when the driver/tour guide, Thierry, arrived in a BMW for us, he profusely apologized & explained that traffic had been very bad stating that it was not an excuse, but we deserved to know why he was late. We were impressed with Thierry's professionalism. We learned that we were the only 2 on the tour which allowed him to cater it to our preference to skip lunch & see more villages. He is intelligent, easygoing, good company, & has lived in the area for years which provided him with local knowledge of good viewing spots-- the perfect host for our journey. I don't know if Provence Panorama runs all their trips for only 2 people, but it was terrific, & I highly recommend them & Thierry despite the initial hiccups. The villages & scenery are things I would not have otherwise had the opportunity to see, & Thierry provided both historical & personal insight. He is also a very nice man.

We toured Luberon towns with Thierry, who was an absolutely superb guide. We made the reservation the night before and did not know what to expect. We arranged to be picked up at the Tourist Information Office and he arrived on time in a very comfortable Mercedes sedan! (He later dropped us right at our Airbnb.) He was very friendly and personable. He is from Provence and his knowledge of the area and its history is amazing. He also has an interesting background -- a photographer with a law degree. :) We had interesting discussions with him the entire time!

I was desperate to see the lavender fields. I went online, read some great reviews about the company and immediately booked online to see the lavender fields on a tour from Avignon. No sooner had I booked, than I got a phone call from a gentleman from the company. He wanted to inform me right away my tour could not be complete in the the morning the next day as I was the only one on the tour. However they could put me on the afternoon tour. THEN.... he proceeded to ask me if I was coming on this tour to see the lavender fields. When I said I was, he told me that I would be very disappointed. I asked why, he said that if I was looking for the deep purple and lush fields of lavender, I would not see that. I would see faint purple, and already started to be harvested fields. He said his drivers were having a hard time finding any lush dark purple fields, as the hot weather had already dried the fields earlier than usual and I would not see what I was anticipating. Needless to say I was VERY disappointed but also VERY impressed with the fact that he called me to tell me honestly what the day would be like, if I took the tour. Even though I did not go on the tour, I highly recommend the company. When someone takes the time to call me and suggest I don't take a tour as they don't want me to be disappointed, then they have earned my utmost respect and future business most definitely. Merci mille fois Provence Panorama. A la bientot! I was not charged for the tour and am planning on going back next year to take a tour with this company because they were so considerate, professional and honest with me.

Tour destinations were mostly quite good but had little time at some of them. May be better to drop 1 or 2 to allow a less rushed experience. Also recommend providing a detailed Itinerary so people can decide if this tour is appropriate for them and their family. Guide was quite nice.
