Our tour guide Megan was phenomenal. She engaged our children, ages 9 and 14. She constantly taught by telling stories and providing facts about the park and the wildlife. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Our guide Chris was excellent. From the beginning of our trip you could tell he loved what he was doing and his knowledge base was amazing. He readily answered all of our questions. He was willing to stop for pictures when we asked. I would highly recommend having Chris as your tour guide

Yellowstone is stunning but I believe our guide made it even more impressive. Pat knew exactly when and where to go to find the best wildlife and avoid the crowds. I have two teenage girls who did not care one bit that there was no cell service in the park. He was funny and entertaining, brought all our favorite snacks and a picnic lunch! Pat made everything comfortable for my family and tailored the trip based on our preferences. He brought out his scope so it looked like we could reach out and touch the badgers, bison, pronghorn, and osprey. The views were breathtaking and he knew where to stop for the best of Yellowstone.

We were a family of 14 (3 generations, ages 74 to almost 8). Our guides were Chris and Pat and they were phenomenal. They were so patient with all the children and kept everyone engaged. They both have tremendous knowledge of the park, the animals, and the entire area. The views were stunning and our guides were very accommodating when we wanted to stop for pictures. We all highly recommend Good Trip Adventures. This was a trip of a lifetime for all of us.

We had an amazing full day private tour of Yellowstone yesterday. Megan, our guide, knew everything there was to know about the park history, its flora and fauna, geysers, waterfalls and spectacular view points. The ride was comfortable and provided us with binoculars and a spotting scope, which made finding and watching animals very easy and fun. Megan knew all the best places to find animals - we sows with cubs, badger babies, mountain goats, everyone. She also took care of our lunch, water, and snacks! Megan also had a lot of recommendations for us for the following day when we were to explore the park on our own. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore Yellowstone in-depth, either for the first time or as a returning visitor. Thank you!

We had a great time exploring Yellowstone with Good Trip Adventures. Our guide, Pat, was incredibly personable, and incorporated spots in the tour based on what we wanted to check out. We had a lot of laughs and it was such a fun tour with him. He provided various facts about the park that we would not have learned without the guided tour. He also brought us to lesser known view points and trails that provided a unique experience and we were able to see things we never would have seen on our own. Great advice was given as well to get the most out of the tour. It was suggested, if we had time on our own, that we do Old Faithful separately from the tour. We took this advice, and Old Faithful was essentially self-guided, very doable without a guided tour. This did free up so much time on our tour to visit other breathtaking areas of Yellowstone. The provided snacks and lunch were amazing and he accommodated our allergies perfectly. We saw lots of wildlife, including a wolf. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I decided to plan a first time vacation to Yellowstone, May 19 and 20. We felt that by choosing a full day private tour for the North and South Loop we would have ability to customize and choose what was the best fit to maximize our trip since Yellowstone can be very overwhelming. Our tour guide Dustin picked us up at our hotel in W Yellowstone and sent us a text when he arrived which was always early, never late. He arrived a little early and always accommodating to wait if we were going to run a little late. We are prompt but he gave us a stress free experience in everything we did. Our tour guide Dustin was very professional, kind, knowledgeable and attentive to providing us with information. He is exceptional in his field of expertise, planning the itinerary and exceeded our expectations by far! My husband and I have had a spectacular experience and did not know what to expect when we booked. It was an absolute pleasure to have Dustin as our tour guide! He truly went the extra mile to make the experience great!!😊Thank you Dustin! You’re the best!

The day began early, as we met Colin outside the West entrance. 11 minutes into the tour, I had already learned more about the science behind Yellowstone than I thought was possible. It doesn’t hurt that Colin has a degree in Land Conservation Management (or something along those lines). This man was telling us about volcanic eruptions and the corresponding ash from MILLIONS of years ago as if he had watched these events unfold firsthand on the back of a Brontosaurus. His incredible insight on the living organisms within the park, all the way down to those that turn the hot springs different colors, was incredibly interesting. It made for a great day of driving around such a large park. We stopped at a few places like Mammoth Hot springs and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. We didn’t need to see the WHOLE park, as we had already explored some on our own. I’m also not sure how Colin was able to summon a mother Grizzly and 3 cubs out by the road so we could see them, but I sure did appreciate it. If you are on the fence about taking a Yellowstone tour with Good Trips, hopefully this review pushes you off the fence and into Colin’s van. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Would recommend to anyone. Ask for Colin, although he may be back country skiing or climbing Grand Teton or feeding a baby moose that day. Honestly, the best tour I’ve ever taken.
