We had a fantastic experience, the trip was well organised and the team were very professional.
We had booked the trip for 4 people. Initially the trip was not available as there needs to be a minimum of 6, but they then let us know that 2 more people had booked so we could now go on the trip...
The day of the trip we were picked up on time and taken to the launch site. We helped with filling the balloon and got it ready for the voyage.
The flight was amazing, it was a very still day and we slowly drifted over Guadix. A very enjoyable time, the team were really friendly and informative, we would highly recommend it!

Be aware that if you cannot get a party of at least six people together you may be unlikely to get your balloon ride. Four is apparently not enough profit for these people. What they say in their promotional information is not entirely true. They let us and our friends down badly and we booked hotel rooms that we were unable to cancel.

What an amazing experience! Far exceeded my expectations and well worth the price. My friends and I had the best time taking in the breathtaking views as we gently floated through the sky, could not have been better. Also really appreciate how well organized and great the communication was before hand. Highly recommend doing this!

It was a lifetime dream come true. You save a long time for this, wondering "Will it be worth it after all?", and then it exceeds all expectations.
The communication before the day was excellent, Granada had wind problems on the day but we were advised the day before that they would pick us up and take us to Guadix for the flight. The staff were efficient and friendly, they involved the group in all stages of the preparations, from spreading out the gigantic balloon onto the square in the dark, to starting to inflate it, letting us even inside the massive dome as it was growing taller and wider. It was like being inside a colossal, multi-coloured cave, getting bigger and bigger. Then, the magic of the smooth lift-off, the ride itself, with breathtaking views, very quiet and even, and not frightening at all. The other people on the ride (8 of us in total plus the pilot) were extremely friendly and careful to swap places or allow everybody - children included - a proper view. The sunrise seen from the balloon is a dreamy experience, too beautiful to tell. We went up and down several times, to catch various currents, the pilot was expert and very kind in explaining anything we were wondering about. First-time fliers or apprehensive persons will have no problems. The landing - in a remote wheat field - was gentle and fun at the same time, with everybody getting busy to deflate the balloon and fold it up, as the pick up vans were navigating their way to the rescue. Breakfast in a nearby cafeteria was offered, generous and delicious, at about 10, followed by the ritual christening of the newbies with Cava (the pilot was careful to leave plenty for a final toast with the group) and a special certificate. We were then driven back to our respective locations. All in all, a really enjoyable and exciting experience, which we thoroughly recommend.

LLevábamos tiempo queriendo disfrutar de un paseo en globo por Granada/Guadix y finalmente pudimos darnos el gustazo. Junto a nuestros compañeros, una simpatica familia de Bombai y nuestro estupendo piloto, volamos sobre Guadix descubriendo unas vistas impresionantes. La sensación de ir en globo es definitivamente algo que debería de experimentarse al menos una vez en la vida. Gracias por una experiencia fantástica!
We had time wanting to enjoy a balloon ride through Granada / Guadix and finally we were able to enjoy it. Together with our companions, a nice Bombay family and our great pilot, we flew over Guadix discovering breathtaking views. The feeling of ballooning is definitely something that should be experienced at least once in a lifetime. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

We usually take off from Sacromonte, in San Miguel Alto, to fly over it in the first few minutes of flight.

Spectacular view of the Royal Chapel and the historic center when the wind currents take us in that direction. Keep in mind that a balloon moves in the direction of the wind, that is, it does not have a rudder. Consequently, it is better to enjoy the flight as an adventure, than to think that we will pass through a specific area, because maybe yes, or maybe not. Please keep this in mind.

Guadix
Many days it is not possible to fly over Granada city and it is necessary to travel to the north of the province, to the Guadix area. Depending on the weather conditions (especially depending on the wind), we will enjoy areas such as the Geopark, the historic center of Guadix, or the Guadix and Tabernas desert. Especially between the months of May to October where due to the high temperatures of Granada city, it is especially difficult to fly over it.

<p>A brilliant trip! In fact, the balloon ride was in Cordoba, not Granada... No matter: we were well-looked after, from pick-up to drop-off. The balloon team from Gloobo were excellent, and although most on the trip were Spanish, our pilot spoke fair English and took the trouble to include us in everything that was happening. It helped that we had perfect weather, but the trip exceeded our expectations, with fabulous views of old Cordoba and of the Andalucian countryside. Great fun, and highly recommended.</p>

<p>Can't recommend this trip highly enough. Excellent communication pre-trip, punctual pick up as arranged and friendly staff on the trip. Miguel, my pilot spoke English as well as Spanish. Safety was paramount, with weather being the main concern and a full safety briefing before we set off. The views are beautiful over Granada and everyone gets to see everything, as Miguel skillfully spun the balloon gently throughout the trip. Exact course and duration of the trip depends on the wind speed and direction, but I was lucky enough to be in the air for almost an hour and had a soft landing. Breakfast is at a local hotel restaurant and was standard Spanish fare. Great start to the morning!</p>
