Here we will see the oldest chocolate shop in Paris, we will spend a couple minutes admiring the shop and talk about its history as the permier chocolatier of Parisians. There will also be an opportunity for purchasing chocolate here as well.

We will walk along Rue Des Abbesses and take a slight detour to see the place Vincent Van Gogh lived with his brother. We'll discuss the importance of Montmartre as an artists retreat and what that means today.

During this we will take a break from walking and spend a few minutes in the shade of the trees in the square.

Here I'll point out some of the iconic architecture in the distance and finish our tour by telling you the amazing and dark history of the land the basilica stands on today as well as some facts about the architecture of the church itself.
