Kirsten grew up in the charming Danish town of Svendborg, surrounded by the sea and lush landscapes. Her childhood was filled with outdoor adventures and a deep appreciation for nature. After completing her studies in horticulture, she felt a pull to explore beyond Denmark and moved to Berlin, Germany, seeking new experiences and opportunities. In Berlin, she met Hans, a software engineer, and they bonded over their shared love for travel and sustainable living.
