Our journey began with a scenic drive from Tangier, where our flight landed, to Chefchaouen. The landscape transformed dramatically as we ascended into the Rif Mountains. The air grew crisper, and the views became increasingly breathtaking. The anticipation was palpable as we approached the town, each of us craning our necks to catch the first glimpse of blue. And then, there it was – a cascade of blue buildings nestled against the mountainside, a sight that truly took my breath away. It felt like stepping into a dream.
