Today, our journey through Urbino took us beyond the city walls, offering a serene escape into nature and a reflective pause amidst historical echoes. It was a day of contrasts, balancing the invigorating sea breeze with the solemnity of Renaissance artistry. The experiences reminded me of the importance of finding harmony between the natural world and the cultural treasures we inherit.

The shop was a treasure trove of retro fashion. Lin found a beautiful vintage dress that she absolutely loved, and Mei-Ling picked out a stylish scarf. I even found a classic leather jacket that fit me perfectly. It was a fun way to end the afternoon, a lighthearted contrast to the solemnity of the Chiesa di San Bernardino.

For dinner, we chose La Terrazza del Duca Urbino. The restaurant, located just outside the city walls, offered stunning views of the Palazzo Ducale. The food was excellent, a mix of traditional Italian dishes and Neapolitan pizza. We shared a pizza margherita, a pasta dish with fresh seafood, and a grilled meat platter.
