Today was a day of soaring heights and seemingly endless horizons, a true testament to the dramatic beauty of Salta. From the legendary Tren a las Nubes to the surreal landscape of the Recta del Tin Tin, I felt like I was traversing another world. It's days like these that remind me why I traded the predictable comfort of Kingston for the open road.

My day began with a hearty breakfast at Resturante Doña Lizeth. The aroma of freshly baked bread and the strong, rich coffee were the perfect fuel for the adventure ahead. It's funny; sometimes the simplest meals in the most unassuming places become the most memorable. This little spot, tucked away in a quiet corner, was a gem.
