First on our itinerary was a visit to Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe. The drive there was scenic, winding through rolling hills and offering glimpses of the Atlantic. As we approached the coast, the landscape transformed into dramatic cliffs and rugged terrain. The wind was strong, carrying the salty scent of the ocean.
