I decided to try the local tagine, a slow-cooked stew of meat and vegetables infused with aromatic spices. The flavors were incredible – a perfect blend of sweet, savory, and spicy. Maximilian opted for grilled lamb, while Amara enjoyed a simple but delicious couscous.
