The tour was much shorter than we expected and it was confusing in parts (e.g. it would talk about a statue that we couldn't see, despite following directions... or so we thought)

I loved every minute of this tour- perfect for what I was hoping for. I will definitely seek out more audio tours from VoiceMap going forward. The guide on this tour was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great walking audio tour, easy to download the app to get started, nice to go at your own pace and to stop if you wanted. Very informative tour. Would highly recommend.

Such good value, compared to all the other tours available. Only issue was part of the route is currently cut off so had to re-route.

Terrible/glitchy app that skips the stop instead of playing it when you click to play the audio… also doesn’t have directional arrows to show you which direction to go, which is especially tough at the start when the beginning/ending paths are parallel (-_-) it’s about 5.5 miles (8.8km) to complete the audio tour, with slippery cobble stone steps to traverse and climb- not a journey that I could make in anywhere near 75mins and I do HIIT workouts 5x/week- so make sure you bring water and an umbrella!

The app design is amazing. Could go at our own pace and not miss a thing. Just the right amount of information. It took rather longer than the estimated time, as we stopped for refreshments along the way - but hey, we’re on holidays, right?

Brilliant way to visit a city or other place. Quite easy to set up although you end up having to download two apps which is a bit confusing. Once on the phone it's easy to use. One issue was when you couldn't access the exact place (being closed for maintenance) the audio doesn't start. As this happened at the beginning of the tour when we were unfamiliar with the software, it was unhelpful. Otherwise all good and we were very pleased we used it. Just need to add more places now!

Rachel_B

This was the perfect way to see the city at our own pace! The tour guide was wonderful. Please note there’s lots of uneven ground and going up and down hills.

Interactive map guides you as you move through the tour and when you reach the spot of interest the guide begins to speak. Nice guitar music as you walk. Read the instructions! There is a code they send you in the instructions that you need to activate the map. Pretty strenuous walk in some areas. Wish I had my hiking boots on for that but made it fine in tennis shoes.
