At the intersection, turn right onto US-98 South. Follow US-98 for approximately 12 miles until you reach the exit for I-65 South toward Mobile. Merge onto I-65 South and continue for about 5 miles. Take exit 3B for I-165 South toward Mobile. After about 3 miles, take the exit for US-90 West toward Mobile. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Museum Drive. The Mobile Botanical Gardens will be on your left at 5151 Museum Dr.
