Walking
If you are in downtown Gadsden, begin at the intersection of Broad Street and 6th Street. Head east on Broad Street until you reach 8th Street. Turn left onto 8th Street, and continue until you reach the next intersection. Turn right onto Alabama Highway 77 (also known as 2nd Avenue N). Follow this road for approximately 1 mile. You will pass by several local shops and restaurants. After crossing the bridge over the Coosa River, keep an eye out for the entrance to Hospital Boulders on your left, shortly after you pass the intersection with Rainbow Drive. The boulders are located in a natural area and are accessible via a short walking path.
