From I-10, take Exit 49 to the Baldwin Beach Express Southbound. OWA offers multiple free parking locations on-site, accessible from South OWA Boulevard and North OWA Boulevard. Parking is also available for the Marriott TownePlace Suites and OWA Theater via North OWA Boulevard. There are no toll roads to consider when arriving via the Foley Beach Express.

During special events like the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival, an off-site shuttle service is available from Liberty Church (110 Riviera Blvd, Foley, AL 36535). The shuttle is free and drops off passengers near the Tethered Balloon Field. The shuttle typically runs from 4 PM to 11 PM on Fridays and 2 PM to 11 PM on Saturdays during the festival.
