Stay on the bus for about 20-25 minutes. Get off at the 'University of South Alabama' stop. From there, walk southeast on USA Dr S, then turn left onto Aubrey Green Dr. Continue on Aubrey Green Dr for about 0.5 miles, and the Glenn Sebastian Nature Trail will be on your right.

Start by heading south on Water St. Follow Water St until you reach the intersection with Dauphin St. Turn left onto Dauphin St and continue straight.
