    Bienville Square occupies the entire block bordered by Dauphin, Saint Joseph, Saint Francis, and North Conception streets in downtown Mobile. From the Mobile Carnival Museum on Government Street, walk north on North Conception Street for two blocks. The square will be on your left. No costs are involved.
