    From the Oak Mountain State Park entrance, head north on State Park Road. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach I-65. Merge onto I-65 N and stay on the interstate for approximately 9 miles. Take exit 247 for US-31 S toward Hoover. Continue on US-31 S for about 2 miles, then turn left onto Georgetown Drive. Follow Georgetown Drive for about 0.5 miles, and you will see Georgetown Lake Park on your left at 2899 Georgetown Dr, Hoover, AL 35216.

    From Oak Mountain State Park, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to the nearest public transportation hub, as there are no direct bus routes from the park.
