From the Opelika Recreation Center, cross Denson Drive and walk along the paved path into Municipal Park. The park's features, including the train, playgrounds, and covered bridge, are all within easy walking distance. There is no fee to enter the park.

Lee-Russell Public Transit (LRPT) offers on-demand service in Opelika. Contact them at (334) 749-9092 or (877) 743-3739 to schedule a ride to Municipal Park from anywhere in the city. The service is free of charge, but reservations must be made at least one business day in advance.

Driving
From downtown Opelika, head north on North 9th Street, then turn left onto Denson Drive. Municipal Park will be on your left, across from the Opelika Recreation Center. Parking is available within the park. While parking is free, it can be limited during peak times and special events.
