    The Vance Birthplace is located at 911 Reems Creek Rd, Weaverville, NC 28787. From Asheville, take I-26 West (US 19-23 North) to Exit 21 (New Stock Road). Follow the brown directional signs to the site on Reems Creek Road. From the Blue Ridge Parkway, exit at Milepost 376.6 onto Ox Creek Road. Follow Ox Creek Road for four miles, then turn right onto Reems Creek Road. The site is about a mile down Reems Creek Road. Parking is available on-site and is free. Limited parking may be available during special events.
