Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Berat Castle, exit the castle grounds and head down the main path towards the city center. Follow the path until you reach the main road (Rruga Mihal Komneno). Turn left onto this road and continue straight. You'll pass the Ethnographic Museum on your right. Keep walking until you reach the city park area where you can see signs indicating Berat City.

    From the Berat City Center (Rruga Republika), you can reach Berat City by heading towards the Clock Tower. Walk towards the tower and from there, follow the signs down towards the river. Cross the bridge (Ura e Gorices) and walk along the riverbank. This will lead you directly into the heart of Berat City.

    If you are near the Berat Bus Station (Stacioni i Autobusave), take a local bus heading towards the city center. The bus will drop you off at the main square. From there, walk towards the central area where you will find signs directing you to Berat City. It’s a short 10-minute walk.
